Fire Breaks
With the director of the company having a good experience in the Rural Fire Service, serving for approximately 10 years of active duty, we have a good understanding of the requirements on the fire ground. In past years we have seen dozers carve in firebreaks leaving a path of destruction e.g. siltation problems and also large wind rows of potential fire hazards to follow. Our machinery can quickly mulch in a fire break, disconnect the mulcher, connect a dozer blade and scrape a bare earth fire break without creating an expensive mess to clean up after the fire has passed. Due to the size of the machine and the emphasis placed on the RFS, understanding the response necessary, Ecoclearing is prepared to “down tools” and go anywhere when required.
As the machines can be moved (floated) on the back of a double axle truck this operation is extremely swift. (Refer to benefits list).
Radiation zones; obviously prevention is better than cure and track machines provide a great fuel reduction tool. (Refer to benefits list).
